16 April 2009On Thursday April 15, 2009 at approximately 9:09 pm Tpr Krywalski stopped a red Dodge Ram pickup as it was entering the New York State Thruway I 90 for a loud muffler.When Trooper Krywalski approached the vehicle he observed an odor of marijuana coming from within the truck. The driver identified himself as Jeremy R. Cox, 24, of 308 Lydell Street Syracuse, NY. The only other passenger, whom was later identified as Morgan W.
