16 April 2009On Thursday April 15, 2009 at approximately 9:09 pm Tpr Krywalski stopped a red Dodge Ram pickup as it was entering the New York State Thruway I 90 for a loud muffler.When Trooper Krywalski approached the vehicle he observed an odor of marijuana coming from within the truck.
