A Hartford man died in a rollover crash this morning. The crash was discovered just before 7 a.m. eight miles north of Chancellor on 269th Street in Turner County.Samuel E. Rosenkranz, 36, of Hartford was driving west on 269th Street. He lost control of the Ford E150 he was driving. The van left the roadway and rolled. Rosenkranz was ejected and died at the scene.Rosenkranz was not wearing a seatbelt.The South Dakota Highway Patrol continues to investigate.FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Monday, July 2
